Unforgetable Day

Yesterday, It was a good day for me as my heart was fulfilled. There were many enthusiastic thoughts that were running around my mind. This enthusiasm was due to the cybershot cam that my aunt presented me. At tthe very look of it, I liked it a lot more than anything else. Really, I don't have wordsto describe about such a valuable gift. I am wordless. Dear friends, there are some unforgetable moments in life. This is one of those kinds for me.

Remember these 3

There are three things - reasonable goals, balance and not taking it too seriously that will nurture the spark. However, there are four storms in life that will threaten to completely put out the flame. These must be guarded against. These are disappointment, frustration, unfairness and loneliness of purpose.

Info on Widgets

A widget in general is a small application with a little bit of code, that does one simple thing. A “Widget Engine”, which is the framework needed to run these micro applications, is needed on the PC. Web applications haves also their own widget, that can run within the browser, like clock, web counter, etc. These applications have existed for a long time now. These were previously called plug-ins, components, extensions and gadgets. Typically, the user can choose to have CNN news, Paris weather, a Flicker photo stream, a clock, etc.

This approach fits particularly well on mobile world, where space on screen is limited and where it’s not easy to switch between applications. The interest of widget is both for users and developers in the following ways. For the user, he can create his own application by choosing and customizing his widget set and for the developer, he can easily develop and deploy to the end user. With advancements world over, widgets are being used to access many of the Rich Site Summary (RSS) contents in an elegant way.

Words Are Important

In life, we tend to speak to many people. But, at any point of time we can't speak just like that. The people to whom we speak most of the time are our parents, relatives and friends. Whomsoever we speak, we should speak with appropriate words. There are three P's that are vital while u speak. First is the politeness, second is the preciseness and the third is the positiveness.

Being Polite in every aspect solves many problems that occurs in and around you. Expressing your thoughts politely adds beauty to the words you speak and attracts more people. Everyone gets attracted to soft words which could only be expressed by being polite in your words. Rather than being harsh and scolding by words, adapt yourselves to be soft in handling situations by outpouring your words politely. It increases your gentleness too.

Secondly, the Precise nature. Every word you speak should be precise and articulate. Words, once when let out, can never be taken back. So, it is very important that your words are meaningful, apt to the current situation, loud and clear. Moreover, it is obvious that everyone listen to your words if it is too crispy. So, you will be praised if your words are clear.

Third comes the Positiveness. Positiveness is very important because if you had let any word irrelevant to the situation, the other person may get hurt and there may be a break in the relationship. The words you speak should lead the other people in a positive way. Never ever scold anyone with harsh or negative words. Try to be positive in every work you do. Make your mind set to be positive, automatically your words will come out positively. Speaking good words at right situations may increase the blandness in you and the surrounding people.
Be optimistic. Speak choosy words. Celebrate life!

Info on Wireless technologies.

Mobile and wireless technologies, devices, and services continue to be an active area for emerging technology groups. User Interfaces include devices such as tapes, sensor networks, and location-aware technologies and applications continue to mature slowly, but still offer both near-term and long-term promise as high-impact technologies. The emerging technology cycle focuses on the current strategic innovation function within the software field. It is the broad aggregate of hyper cycles, highlighting emerging technologies from all areas of IT that technology planners should evaluate as part of their emerging-technology plans.

Importance Of Writing a Diary

A diary keeps track of every moment of our life whether it be big or small.A diary is a place where we can write our personal thoughts into.A diary should contain all the important events that we had encountered in our lives. It may be anything like the day you spoke with your close buddies, the day you were affronted in a meeting, your crush, your love, your care for someone, your emotions, your friend's birthday and so on. So that after years, When we look back at it, it would make us realize "how important that particular day was been" in our life.It makes us feel elated when we look back at the fun-filled moments.

At the same time, it really make us cry when we read about a sad day that we had encountered in our past.Though it is hard to remember every moment in heart,it would be better if one writes it in a diary and keep it safe.I like turning back the pages of my life thereby learning from my past.Diary writing is my favorite pass time too. When you get bored, you can open your diary and could just feel the moment that happened many years ago.So just keep track of every moment in your life. Enjoy writing!

Value Yourself

In today's world, if we do a right thing to a person, it appears to be wrong to the other. In a practical perspective, none of us can satisfy everyone's wish. But, as far as possible we could select a group of people and help them to achieve their goals. In turn, they would definitely help us. Consider friendship as an example. We could never make a good friend unless until he/she matches somewhere near to our wavelength. You might have heard people saying Friendship is a Give and Take policy. Yes, it is true in this case. If we help a friend during his tough times, he would certainly help us in return. So in any relationship find peoples who match your wavelength, so that you could be something valuable to your close ones. Be obdurate in choosing people.

Disaster

Cold Early morning getting up from bed, to get ready for work is a disaster; Took a sip of my coffee and glanced the paper, with news loads of bomb blasts, riots and more disaster; Just then a thought, these always strike at a bad moment, when no one has any clue or comment; But they never forget to teach us the lesson of humanity, which at times loose its visibility; You suddenly see a guardian angel with a stranger, in a situation much more stranger; You will feel sense of responsibility to some one, when everyone in need of help rely on someone; It’s really hard to see the positive side, when the problem is on your side; But once when flames ate up Edison’s Phonograph Lab venue, he calmly said, "All our mistakes are burned up. Thank God we can start anew"; So, I understood that disaster, has more value than itself, the disaster; It was a booster for me in the morning, to have such a thought for the day’s beginning; So I started getting ready for my day faster, there came the power cut, I smiled and told myself, "another disaster….

The Curageous Deal

ne of the most vicious and cruel ways that satan attacks us is by constantly reminding us of the things we did before we accepted Jesus into our hearts as our personal Saviour. Our Scripture verses for this devotion tell us that we should forget those things which are behind and live for today and for tomorrow. There is nothing that we can do to change our past. If we have confessed our sins, they are under the precious blood of Jesus never to be remembered or held against us again.
We read in the Bible "The Lord is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and plenteous in mercy. He will not always chide: neither will he keep his anger for ever. He hath not dealt with us after our sins; nor rewarded us according to our iniquities. For as the heaven is high above the earth, so great is his mercy toward them that fear him. As far as the east is from the west, so far hath he removed our transgressions from us".

Hollywood Movies

Entertainment in today's world is just a click away. You have a lot of stuff online to get entertained, the main source being online music, online video. MP3, MPEG videos, latest hit songs, latest movies, latest trailers, latest gossips, latest news etc.

Hollywood movies contribute a considerable percentage in India's movie income, as most of the Hollywood movies dubbed in Hindi and other regional languages are well marketed and targeted to audiences in a wider range. This make a very good reach to the local people in rural areas. Bollywood movies as usual enjoy a royal share in the Indian cinema community.

The Workflow

Business workflows can be invoked from other services or from the presentation components (usually from user process components) using the service interface.
A business workflow invokes other services through a service agent, or directly through the service interfaces. Every outgoing message does not necessarily need to match an incoming message. You can implement service interfaces and service agents in code, or if only simple operations are required, you can use the message transformation.
The Service Agents verifies all outgoing and incoming messages with Policy assertions defined in the policy file which is issued by the Application Manager .The Service Agent is nothing but the Proxy for the Services.

Be Practical

Gags, I received a message in my mobile which read "who said nothing is impossible? I have done nothing in the past 20 yeas and believe me Nothing is indeed possible". Isn't it look funny? How could a person live on earth doing nothing? it is impossible. Other way around, why could not we look at it as "Everything is possible". It sounds positive and there won't be any way to such kind of messages. Every human being is unique in his own way. Its only the willingness of a person that matters the most. It is the mind set of the individuals to do the right kind of jobs. When we first look at a job with a dilemma whether to do it or not, believe me, half of your energy is gone there itself. Don't try to do something for someone's sake. Take up and do everything which fulfills your heart and mind. Rather than being idealistic, be pragmatic. This would take you to greater heights. Being practical in your thoughts will eventually bring you success. This makes everything possibvle for you.

The Standars forAutomation

The W3C consortium has chosen a set of technology standards that support the implementation of Service Oriented architecture. These standards are those that underpin the Internet as well as in the emerging area of Web Services. These standards were chosen because of their open and platform neutral manner thus allowing an open and flexible choice for the implementer. The following architecture shows how the Process Automation Applications technology standards build upon one another and upon this existing infrastructure of internet technologies.

Wednesday, November 12, 2008

More Styles

Style 2: This is a service that bypasses the existing application due perhaps to an inability to interface through the application itself and serves information directly from local repositories.

Style 3: This is an aggregation service, it communicates to two or more downstream information services and aggregates content according to some predefined rules.
We also see the ability for one portal to access and present information from another portal.

Monday, November 10, 2008

Implementation Styles

The alternate styles denote how the services implemented according to the Process Automation Applications standards can be utilized by the Portal infrastructure. We see 3 different implementation styles for the information service.

Style #1. This information service interfaces to an existing application and presents that applications information to the community according to Process Automation Applications technical standards.

The Constraints of Automation

Key networking protocol standards such as TCP/IP and HTTP and the markup language HTML has driven the explosive growth of the Web. For the next phase of growth, industries can use XML to enable the sharing of data across multiple systems and XML Web Services to enable rich integration of distributed applications. These technologies will streamline the development process for creating a highly interactive and interoperable suite of software tools for communities of enterprise applications. With this in mind we may envision an end-result as seen from a human user.

Tuesday, November 4, 2008

The Purpose

The architecture builds on the work of other important standards groups, including the World Wide Web Consortium, OASIS. With the ability to integrate data and applications through Web services, many opportunities will arise for greater collaboration among applications in professional way. The designers then have to develop detailed specifications not only for the selection of materials but the placement of wiring, plumbing, lighting and so forth. Finally the building is finished and populated in accordance with the vision of their choice.

Words Of GOD

God expects us to be diligent in our work and faithful to complete it. However, in our self-absorbed, pleasure-seeking culture, it is very easy to get sidetracked into laziness. This sin is dangerous in our life because of the potential harm that can result -- it can hurt our witness for Christ, damage our relationships with others, and waste both the time and the gifts the Lord has given us. One negative result of such a lifestyle is a character marked as unreliable and untrustworthy.

God - The Almighty (2)

The caller said, "That's OK, let me tell you my story. You see, I was planning to commit suicide on Saturday night, but before I did, I prayed, "God, if You are there, and You don't want me to do this, give me a sign right now." At that point my phone started to ring. I looked at the caller ID, and it said, 'ALMIGHTY GOD'. I was afraid to answer!"
The man who had intended to commit suicide is now meeting regularly for counseling with the pastor of a church called -- The Almighty God Tabernacle.
Instead of wasting a lot of time trying to come up with answers that are beyond our capacity to understand, isn't it better to just take God's hand? Those things which God wants us to know will be revealed to us. The other things that we struggle to understand will just have to wait until God reveals them to us.

Unfairness - Continued..

But realize, there will be some people luckier than you. In fact, t0 have an opportunity to go to college and understand this speech in English, you should feel pretty damm lucky to have stood by Indian standards. Let us be grateful for what we have and get the strength to accept what we don't. I have so much love from my readers that other writers cannot even imagine it. However, I don't get literary praise. I don't look like Aishwarya Rai, but I have two boys who I think are more beautiful than her Moral: Don't let unfairness kill your spark.

Unfairness

This is hardest to deal with, but unfortunately that is how our country works. People with connections, rich dads, beautiful faces, pedigree find it easier to make it – not just in Bollywood, but everywhere. And sometimes it is just plain luck. There are so few opportunities in India, so many stars need to be aligned for you to make it happen. Merit and hard work is not always linked to achievement in the short term, but the long term correlation is high, and ultimately things do work out.

FrUsTaTiOn

Disappointment' s cousin is frustration, the second storm. Have you ever been frustrated? It happens when things are stuck. This is especially relevant in India. From traffic jams to getting the jobs you deserve, sometimes things take so long that you don't know if you chose the right goal. After books, I set the goal of writing for Bollywood, as I thought they needed writers. I am called extremely lucky, but it took me five days to get close to a release. Frustration saps excitement, and turns your initial energy into something negative, making you a bitter person. How did I deal with it? A realistic assessment of the time involved – movies take a long time to make even though they are watched quickly, seeking a certain enjoyment in the process rather than the end result – at least I was learning how to write scripts, having a side plan – I had my third book to write and even something as simple as pleasurable distractions in your life - friends, food, travel can help you overcome it. Remember, nothing is to be taken seriously. Frustration is a sign somewhere, you took it too seriously.

Don't be Dissappointed

Disappointment will come when your effort does not give you the expected return. If things don't go as planned or if you face failure. Failure is extremely difficult to handle, but those that do come out stronger. What did this failure teach me? is the question you will need to ask. You will feel miserable. You will want to quit, like I wanted to when nine companies rejected me. Some IITians kill themselves over low grades – how silly is that? But that is how much failure can hurt you. But it's life. If challenges could always be overcome, they would cease to be a challenge. And remember - if you are failing at something, that means you are at your limit or potential. And that's where you want to be.

You Are Unique - Part 2

Just look around to take advantage of trees, lakes, oceans, rivers, mountains, desserts, plains and every kind of creature under the sun. And then there is us introverts and extroverts, thinkers and feelers, team players and individuals those who love routine and those who love variety.
God made it then broke the mold moved on made it and broke the mold repeated millions of times over. And when it came to man he made one and broke the mold made another and broke the mold billions of times. God used 400 million sperms to create you then he broke the mold.
There is only one Matterhorn, Grand Teton, Mississippi River, Abraham Lincoln and only one you.
So today have a party, celebrate, give God glory for in all the world HE made you and you are one of a kind then HE broke the mold HE has your hairs numbered He knows who you are and where you are you are special in His eyes.

You Are Unique

Do you realize how unique you are?

DNA molecules can unite in an infinite number of ways. The number 10 to the 2,400,000,000th power is the likelihood that you'll ever find somebody exactly like you. If you were to write out that number with each zero being one inch wide, you'd need a strip of paper 37,000 miles long. To put this in perspective, all the particles in the universe are probably less than 10 with 76 zeros behind it --- far less than the possibilities of your DNA!

Your uniqueness is a scientific fact. When God made you He broke the mold. There's never been, and never will be, anybody exactly like you.

So why did God make each of us so unique? To be continued..

Keep Smiling!

So sweet is this life lived under the sky

It's a mixture of emotions tasted till we die

Little angers, sadness, happiness and love

Are a part of it ;knowing which you will say "Wow!"

Night comes and then day comes too

Pain comes and then smile comes too

Nothing has a permanent stay

Face your problems; come what may.

Smile is a gift so nice and pure

Give one; you will get one for sure

Lend your smile to the ones in need

Destroy anger, hate and greed

Fears of future and worries of past

Makes you feel you are totally lost

Do not keep asking "Happiness?...But how?"

Realize life is here and now!!!!

You Can Live Only Once.

When I heard a beautiful song played on the keyboard ,
I too longed for playing it Once.....
When I saw an awesome painting ,
I too loved to paint that moment....
When I tasted a savored dish ,
I too wanted to cook something so special....
When I touched a baby's feet,
I too wished to be that soft.....
But when I saw someone LIVING their life to the fullest,
I was only jealous...
I forgot that I too have a life to LIVE, only Once......

Life is only once. Forgive, Don't forget!

Five Cafe

It is more of sparks buddies. Enough of it. Let me give a different post in between. I am in a mood to share my office environment to you folks. My office is cool. I like spending more hours in my workplace rather than being at home. It gives a feeling of zephyr environment cool out there. The things that I require are absolutely free. Firstly, Coffee. I am a mad when it comes to coffee. I love to drink it whenever I feel thirsty. My mom keeps on scolding me for having some 5 cups of coffee a day. I heard someone say the caffeine which is mixed in coffee is injurious to health. But, am least bothered. Secondly, the internet. I am free to browse whenever there is no work. So I blog almost everyday. This does not mean that I have no work. It means that I finish my work early everyday. To be continued..

Keeping the Spark alive!

You must have read some quotes - Life is a tough race, it is a marathon or whatever. No, from what I have seen so far, life is one of those races in nursery school, where you have to run with a marble in a spoon kept in your mouth. If the marble falls, there is no point coming first. Same with life, where health and relationships are the marble. Your striving is only worth it if there is harmony in your life. Else, you may achieve the success, but this spark, this feeling of being excited and alive, will start to die.

Nature's Spark!!!

Nature is designed with a random set of genes and circumstances in which we were born. To be happy, we have to accept and make the most of nature's design. Are you? Goals will help you do that. In addition, don't just have career or academic goals. Set goals to give you a balanced, successful life. I use the word balanced before successful. Balanced means ensuring all your health, relationships, mental peace are in good order. There is no point of getting a promotion on the day of your breakup. There is no fun in driving a car if your back hurts. Shopping is not enjoyable if your mind is full of tensions and so on.

How To Save The Spark?

In order to nurture, always have goals. It is human nature to strive, improve and achieve full potential. In fact, it is called the success. It is very much possible for you. It is not any external measure - a certain cost to company pay package, a particular car or house.

Most of us are from middle class families. For us, having material landmarks is success and rightly so. When we have grown up where money constraints force everyday choices, financial freedom is a big achievement. But it is not the purpose of life. If that was the case, Mr. Ambani would not show up for work. Shah Rukh Khan would stay at home and not dance anymore. Steve Jobs won't be working hard to make a better iPhone, as he sold Pixar for billions of dollars already. Why do they do it? What makes them come to work everyday? They do it because it makes them happy. They do it because it makes them feel alive. Just getting better from current levels feels good. If you study hard, you can improve your rank. If you make an effort to interact with people, you will do better in interviews. If you practice, your cricket will get better. You may also know that you cannot become Tendulkar yet. But you can get to the next level. Striving for that next level is important.

Next post is about how nature is helping up the "Spark In You"...

Spark In You (2)

As we go day by day, we see our colleagues and we still can find some sparks in them. But when we get to see older people, the spark is difficult to find. That means as we age, the spark fades. People whose spark has faded much are dull, dejected, aimless and bitter. Now,it makes me to remember Kareena in the first half of Jab We Met vs the second half. That is what happens when the spark is lost. So how to save the spark?

Wait for the next post.

The Spark In You

Dear friends, This day is about you. You, who have come to this IT field, leaving the comfort of your homes (or in some cases discomfort), to become something in your life. I am sure you are excited. There are few days in human life when one is truly elated. The first day in office is one of them. When you get ready today, you feel a tingling in your stomach. A million of questions arises. How would the environment be like, how would the trainers be like, who are my new colleagues - there is so much to be curious about. This is what I call "excitement", the spark within you that makes you feel truly alive today. In this blog, I am going to talk all about keeping the spark shining. Or to put it another way, how to be happy the most, if not all the time. Let us discuss about the origin of these sparks.Where do these sparks start? I think we are born with them. When we were 3 years old, we had a million sparks. A little Spiderman toy have made us jump on the bed. Sparks get thrilled from creaky swings in the park. A story from daddy make us feel excited. They do a daily countdown for birthday party - several months in advance - just for the day they will cut their own birthday cake. (To be continued)...

My First Day!

joined my company on June 2, 2008. I was asked to report at Mangalore for training. The day started with warm blessings of Lord Shiva. I was given a good accomodation the day before. The bus came to my apartment at 8 am and we were into the company by 8 50 am. Soon they gave us a temporary ID card and a good breakfast. The classes started at 9 30 am. The whole day, they explained the slides letting us know about the company's rules, regulations and policies. After the working hours, we were asked to complete the bank formailities which ended up in a mess. Somehow, came out of the company at 9 pm and reached home at 10. Thus, it seemed to be a long, great, good and a memorable day for me.
